What wax do you use in your candles?

We use only ethically sourced soy wax. Our wax is 100% natural, non-toxic and vegan friendly.

What wax do you use in your melts?

Our wax melt wax is ethically sourced and this wax is also; 100% natural, non-toxic, as well as, vegan friendly.

Are your products Eco-friendly?

Yes! Here at Pavilion Candles, we strive to ensure we are as eco-friendly as possible. All packaging is reusable and almost everything is recyclable. We are always looking into new products and ways to get towards being 100% eco-friendly.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, all products are vegan friendly and cruelty free, and home fragrance products. I feel it is important to ensure all our products are as accessible as possible.

Are you CLP compliant?

Yes, we are 100% CLP compliant. All products have confirmed CLP labels certified with our supplier’s information. All safety data sheets are supplied upon request.

Can you stock a new scent?

If there is a scent you would like to see in a future collection. Please send me a dm on Instagram or email us at: pavilioncandles@gmail.com we will investigate any requests you may have.

Do you accept wholesale?

Yes, we do accept applications for wholesale orders, please email us at: pavilioncandles@gmail.com and we will review all applications and will contact you as necessary.

Do you offer custom orders?

Whilst we do not offer custom candles or wax melts, and we can offer custom labels matched to your desired scent in our current collections. Please dm me on Instagram and/or email us at: pavilioncandles@gmail.com for your requests. Furthermore, we can work together in creating something special for you and for occasions such as; gifts, weddings or any events, etc.
